3 yoga to cure liver problems!

The liver is the most important organ of our body, which digests the food we eat and produces juice from which our body functions properly.  If your lever is not working properly, understand that the alarm has rung.  You need to be careful.  Because if our liver gets damaged, we will drink whatever we eat, our liver will not be able to take it.  But do not worry because you can avoid liver problems by leaving bad habits and incorporating these 3 yogas in your daily routine.

 You will be surprised to know that many people in our country get spoiled due to liver diseases.  Excessive consumption of alcohol, fake drugs and wrong eating etc. are responsible for liver damage.  All these things damage the liver.  So why not to keep such an important part of our body right, we should leave these bad habits and include yoga in our daily routine.


Naukasan

 Naukasana is also called boat pose because in this yoga your shape becomes like a boat.  It is very easy to do it, although it is a little difficult to do it in the beginning due to creating a lot of balance in this posture.  But by doing this you can reduce the risk of liver diseases.  This makes your liver stronger.  This pose cleanses your liver as well as removes harmful substances.


method of Naukasan

 First of all, lie on your back.  Keep your hands next to the thigh and the body in a straight line.  Then leave your body loose and concentrate on your breath.  Now while breathing, raise your head, legs, and whole body at 30 degrees.  Make sure that your hands are right above your thigh.  Breathe in slowly and exhale slowly, maintain this position according to yourself.  When you want to bring your body down, then take a deep breath and come towards the surface.  Do 3 to 5 times in the initial round.  This method of naukasana is very effective for relieving stress.


Dhanurasan

 In this yoga posture, the shape of the body normally becomes like a bow drawn, hence it is called Dhanurasana.  This asana is very beneficial for those people who are suffering from fatty liver disease.  It gives strength to your liver, stimulates it due to which the fat stored in the body is converted into energy and your body is able to use it.


 Method of Dhanurasan

 To do this, first lie down on the stomach.  Then, connect the legs together.  Bend both legs with your knees.  Hold the ankles of both feet with hands by keeping a gap of one foot between the knees and toes.  With the help of hands, raise the knees, thighs and torso of both feet above the facility and as per the convenience.  Keep breathing comfortable.  In this position, stop for a comfortable period and return to the previous position.


Kapalbhati Pranayama

 Kapalbhati Pranayama is beneficial in treating many diseases.  It improves your liver health.  It cures many liver problems like jaundice, hepatitis etc.  Perform Kapalbhati Pranayama to transmit energy in the body and relieve stress.  This gives oxygen to the whole body properly.


 Method of Kapalbhati Pranayama

 To perform Kapalbhati Pranayama, sit in Sukhasana, Siddhasana, Padmasana or any posture, keep the lotus straight and keep both hands on the knees and keep the eye straight.  While breathing, move the navel inward and while exhaling, navel is out, breathe out comfortably.  Position should be normal and keep body straight.  Can do this in 3 cycles.
