 1. Balasana

 Performing Balasana reduces stress and provides instant energy.  To do this yoga, sit on the ground on the knees and put the entire body on the ankles.  Take a deep breath and lean forward.  Keep in mind that your chest should touch the thighs, now try to touch the floor with your forehead.  Stay in this state for a few seconds and come back to that state.


 2. Bhujangasana

 Bhujangasana is also called Cobra posture.  To do this lie down on the ground.  Keep the legs and hips spread evenly.  Place the palms in front of the shoulders on the ground.  Now move the face upward without moving the rest of the body.  Keep this pose like this for some time.  By doing this asana, you can get energy immediately.


 3. Tadasana

 If you feel very weak then Tadasana can prove to be very beneficial for you.  Doing this helps in getting energy immediately.  To do this, stand upright on the ground.  Keep your body weight on both feet.  After this, mix the fingers of both the palms and take them above the head.  Keep the palms straight, then, while breathing, pull your hands upwards.  With this, raise the heel of the feet also and maintain the balance of the body on the fingers of the feet.  Stay a while in this situation.


 4. Vakrasana

 Along with removing the fat of the waist, Vakrasana also gives energy immediately.  To do this, sit in a state of dandasana.  Now bend your right leg and keep it close to the knee near the left thigh, make sure that your left leg is straight.  Bring the left hand between the right leg and abdomen, and rest it near the paw of the right foot.  Keep the right arm straight on the ground behind the waist.  Try turning the neck to the right and turning, but the left leg, waist and right arm will remain straight.


 5. Virabhadrasana

 With Veerabhadrasana, the body gets strength and energy immediately.  To do this, stand up straight and keep a distance between the two legs.  While exhaling, spread both hands parallel to your shoulders in both directions.  Now move the neck in the right direction and bend the right knee (at least 45 degree angle should be made from the knee).  Keep your hands upwards giving you the shape of a greeting.  Now exhale, bring both hands down.  Stay in this posture for a while and do the same action again.
