There are many reasons responsible for mouth ulcers. Mainly a balanced diet, constipation, intake of gutkha and betel spices and mouth dirt often cause blisters in the mouth. Main causes of mouth ulcers: -
Constipation :-
Long-term constipation causes blisters in the mouth. According to Ayurveda, blisters in the mouth are caused by stomach upset and stomach heat. Constipation is the root cause of this.
Cutting of the cheek or tongue: -
Many times, tongue or cheek part comes between teeth while eating something, due to which there are blisters. Such blisters are cured by mouth saliva automatically.
Side effects of medicines: -
There are also blisters in the mouth due to the side effects of medicines. Long-term antibiotics are more likely to cause blisters in the mouth. Consumption of more antibiotics reduces the number of beneficial germs in our intestines, resulting in blisters in the mouth.
Incorrect structure of teeth: -
Blisters are also present in the mouth due to incorrect structure of teeth. If the teeth are cross-skewed, pointed or half-broken and because of this they prick the tongue or mouth or they are constantly rubbed, then there are blisters.

Home remedies for mouth ulcers: -
coconut milk :-
Coconut milk relieves pain in mouth ulcers as well as relieves irritation. For treatment, mix one spoon of coconut milk with a little honey and apply it on the ulcer. Do this remedy three to four times a day. Apart from this, rinse with coconut milk also provides relief.
Coriander seeds :-
Coriander seeds also give relief from mouth ulcers. They also remove the irritation caused by ulcers. Boil coriander seeds in water for the treatment and filter this water and keep it aside. Rinse this water by turning it in the mouth. Do this remedy three to four times a day.
Honey :-
Honey is also extremely effective in relieving mouth ulcers. Honey has anti-oxidant and anti-microbe properties. For treatment, immerse cotton swabs in honey and apply on the affected area. Similarly, glycerin and vitamin E oil can also be applied.
Aloe vera :-
Applying aloe vera juice to the affected area provides relief from the pain caused by ulcers. Aloe vera acts like a natural antiseptic, causing the blisters to heal quickly.
coriander leaves :-
Chewing raw coriander leaves provides relief from mouth ulcers. Coriander leaf contains vitamin B1, B2, B6 and vitamin C along with folic acid. Coriander leaves should be chewed with the stem for about 10 minutes. Its use also provides relief from bad odor coming from the mouth.
Basil :-
Basil has anti viral, anti bacterial and anti fungal properties. For treatment, wash 5 to 6 basil leaves and chew them properly and after that drink some water. Do this remedy twice a day, morning and evening.
ice :-
Ice relieves pain in the mouth caused by ulcers. By applying ice to the affected area, the respective place becomes numb for a while, giving relief from the irritation and pain caused by ulcers.
Rescue :-
Mouth blisters are not harmful in many cases and disappear on their own in a few days. Mouth ulcers from herpes virus infection require medical treatment. In general, the treatment of ulceration in the mouth is avoided and some common remedies, for example
• Stop eating spicy and sour until the blisters are gone.
• Drink plenty of water.
• Rinse with lukewarm salt-water.
• Always keep the mouth clean.
• Eating a banana with yogurt made from cow's milk in the morning provides relief.
• Eat plenty of tomatoes. Blisters are erased by mixing tomato juice in a glass of water and rinse.
