 • Eating once a day is similar to yoga, that means that a person who eats 1 time a day keeps his body healthy.  A person who eats 2 times a day is like a bhogi, that is, that person's health remains normal.  A person who eats food 3 times in a day is like the patient because by doing this many types of diseases occur in the body and the health of the body starts falling from day to day.  When a person follows these rules, then his health remains and there are no diseases in his body.
